Pricing
We bill monthly on a flat rate after we have a good idea of the amount of work your file will take per month.
For the first month or two and for projects, we bill at $75 per hour with a two hour minimum.
Once you are on flat rate billing your bill will be the same each month. Even during busy seasons.

We love to start with a phone call to get an idea of what you do and what you need in a bookkeeper. Then we make a detailed plan of what will be done for you, whether it’s monthly, quarterly or a one-time project. We’ll have you sign engagement letter and then we’ll get started.
What reports are included
Our basic set of reports includes:
Net Income Summary & Detail, Balance Sheet, Statement of Cash-flows.
We can also create custom reports to fit your business.
Reports can be provided in PDF or Excel format.
Are there any client setup fees?
Yes. Client data review is $200 & New file set up is $100
Do you provide any discounts?
Yes. You receive a 2% discount if autopay is set up for your regular payments and 2% for multi-company.
